Refund policies

1. Purchase Instructions:

1) Due to global epidemic situation, the products supply will be showing a shortage, which may cause the delivery time to be delayed to 1-2 working days. If your goods showing a delayed situation, we will inform you 24 hours in advance. If you are concerned about the delay, please contact with our customer service for confirmation before purchase.

2. Refund Policy:

1) If the goods are not delivered within three working days after the successful transaction, it will be refund after verification. We will not accept refund if either of the above items is not satisfied.

 

2) No refund will be accepted within the estimated time of arrival after shipment.

 

3) If the goods are not received after exceeding the expected arrival time, we will check the logistics information, and we will update the new estimated arrival time if the goods are still on their way. Please contact with our customer service if you cannot accept the new estimated arrival time.

 

4) If the goods cannot delivered to the door on time due to your area or location limitation, the goods will be settled in the post-office or the collection point nearby your house. Please contact with our customer service if you do not know the collection point.

 

5) We will accept refund requirement if the goods exceeded 7 days of estimated deliver time, and the goods are still on their way and havent delivered or reach the collection point.

 

6) If the goods deliver time impacted by the force majeure (such as: customs problem, nature disaster, etc.), we will inform you by mail/e-mail, and show you the new estimated time. Please contact with our customer service if you cannot accept.

 

7) We will not accept refund requirement if the outer package has been opened or damaged upon we receipt of the goods. Please contact with our customer service if you have any problems.

 

8) After you received the goods, if there are functional defects or quality defects exist in themselves, please submit the pictures of the goods to our customer service (the picture including: the outer package, the picture of the goods themselves, the delivery number, etc.) to apply for a refund. If there are functional defects, we will accept the refund requirement If there are quality defects, please contact with our customer service.

 

3. Declaration of refusal

Within the terms listed, if the negotiation fails, and customers apply to the bank for refusal of payment, we would reserve the right to appeal. If the refusal of payment is deemed as fraud (Including but not limited to the following behaviors: Because of regional problems, the goods can not be delivered to the receiver which would be stored in post office or collection point, and the customer apply to the bank for refusal of payment; Customer received the goods which would be functional integrity and packaging sound, and customer apply to the bank for refusal of payment; Delayed delivery due to force majeure, after we indeed inform customer of the new delivery time, but customer can not accept and apply to the bank for refusal of payment). We will not only appeal to the bank, but also apply the law.
